Hi, I’m Nina.

Perhaps you have wanted to change something for a while. Perhaps you have tried several times, with various levels of success. Or, perhaps you think what you envision for yourself is impossible.

I’m here to help you prove that indeed you can create meaningful change.

To do this we need discipline, this requires accountability, and accountability is a muscle that can be strengthened with practice. My ethos is that perfection is not interesting, it is boring. We are not aiming for that. What we are aiming for is working with your strengths, achieving a sustainable and healthy balance.


My Approach

Resilience is the ability to deal with what life throws at you, “good” or “bad”, not only with minimum damage, but bounce back based in growth.

My favourite analogy is that of a PT who focuses on core strength, this is what I do, but the mental faculties equivalent. This enables you to better deal with rapid fluctuations between adversity and good fortune, and anything in between.

Dream it

Just like you can get physically really fit, you can achieve the same result in terms of how well equipped you are to deal with life’s ups and downs. Don’t settle, you deserve it all and then a cup of tea.

Bring it

Be prepared to bring your A-game. I will be here for when your motivation is flagging, but you are responsible to put in the hard slog. To quote Debbie Allen in the TV-series Fame - “You want fame? Well, fame costs. And right here is where you start paying . . . in sweat.”
